Exchange Policy 🔁
At HOODIO, we do not offer cash refunds. We provide exchanges for products within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Exchanges are allowed only for size or defect-related issues. Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping charges, both ways. To initiate an exchange, please email hoodio.shop@gmail.com with your order ID and photos. Exchanges will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product. Thank you for understanding and keeping the HOODIO community premium and fair.
