Return-to-Origin (RTO) / Failed Delivery 📦

If an order is undeliverable or refused at delivery, it will be marked as Return-to-Origin (RTO). RTO orders can be reshipped only after the customer pays the re-shipping charges. Refunds are not applicable for refused or unclaimed deliveries. Please ensure your address details are accurate to avoid delivery issues.
